Ocean Wise | Ocean Wise is a Vancouver Aquarium conservation program, created to help restaurants and customers make environmentally friendly seafood choices. Ocean Wise assists us in making sustainable seafood purchasing decisions, and keeping us current with sourcing seafood options. In turn, we identify these options on our menus, allowing our customers to easily identify the most sustainable options.
Partnering with these inspiring programs has allowed us to offer our guests an even more satisfying dining experience while providing us with the opportunity to take clear, measurable steps to effectively reduce our impact on the environment.
