How does one celebrate their two-year anniversary with Twitter? With a tweetup of course! We invited some of our favorite food bloggers and Twitter superstars to join us for an impromptu cocktail party in the bistro, complete with Oyster Shucking Lessons from Oyster Bob and a fun photo station from Photostar.
The result?¬†Converted oyster lovers, new found¬†friends, and tweets galore (enough to have us trending in the country!).

This week’s Chef’s Choice is our Lobster Benny, made with two poahced eggs and¬†Atlantic East Coast lobster simmered in a grainy mustard vin blanc, both on toasted Yukon scallion bread and topped with hollandaise and fresh chives.
Lobster at brunch. What more could you ask for?
