Our Fall Menu launches on October 2nd and all this week we’ll be revealing new and returning dishes via our Facebook and Twitter accounts. First up: Mushroom Risotto.
Sitting inside a crispy grana padano cup (yes, you read that right, it’s a cup made of cheese), our creamy risotto is mixed with three types of wild mushrooms (thatâ€™s oyster, cremini, and Hon-Shimeji for all you mushroom lovers), and finished with parsley-garlic pistou. Donâ€™t let the image fool you. This is one hefty cup.
