Homemade pizza dough
Rustically press onto pizza pan. Make some indents in dough with fork & drizzle lobster oil all over. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & parsley.
Bake at 425 for about 10 minutes
In mixing bowl combine:
Chopped lobster, tomato, mango & kale. Add lobster oil, a little mayo, lime or Lemmon juice & spices
Rough chop avocado and arrange mixture on pizza flatbread and top with lobster mix then some grated mozzarella & another drizzle of lobster oil & sprigs of kale
